Spoonful of Plants is a dairy-free, plant-based recipe blog I started while on maternity leave — during a season of life that’s been equal parts exhausting, beautiful, and deeply transformative.
Cooking has always been a creative outlet for me, but like many things, it got pushed to the side for a while. This space became my way of reconnecting with that love — something just for me — while also documenting the meals that nourish my family day in and day out.
The recipes you’ll find here are the ones we actually eat: comforting, family-friendly, and full of plants without being fussy or intimidating. Everything is dairy-free and plant-based, but always focused on flavor first. I believe food can be both nourishing and nostalgic — the kind of meals that feel cozy, familiar, and satisfying.
